Our Story

Clearfields was founded with a simple belief: house clearance should be transparent, fair and environmentally responsible. Too many people had experienced hidden fees, no-show crews and items ending up in landfill when they didn't need to.

We set out to do things differently. From day one, we introduced our Price Lock Guarantee — the price we quote is the price you pay, no surprises on the day. We invested in building relationships with local Bristol charities so that as many items as possible could be rehomed rather than scrapped. And we committed to a "We Never Cancel" policy because reliability shouldn't be a bonus — it should be standard.

Environmental Commitment

We believe every clearance company has a responsibility to minimise waste. Our approach is simple: everything gets sorted. Items in good condition go to charity. Recyclable materials go to licensed recycling facilities. Only genuinely non-recyclable waste goes to controlled landfill — and that accounts for less than 5% of what we clear.
